  2. Who is 18 years of Age or Older
  3. Knowingly enters or attempts to enter Florida
  4. After entering the U.S. by eluding or avoiding examination or inspection by immigration officials.

What is the definition of "Unauthorized Alien"

"Unauthorized Alien" is defined in Fla. Stat. §811.101, which incorporates the definition in Fla. Stat. §908.111.

  • According to the Immigration and Nationality Act.
