A STEP BY STEP ANALYSIS OF THE CRIMINAL PROCESS
FROM INVESTIGATION TO APPEAL
Most of our consultations on criminal cases begin with an explanation of what the potential client can expect. We've found that when people walk into our office they have fear of the unknown. They don't know what to expect. Our goal is for a potential client to walk out of our office feeling better that they know exactly what to expect, what their exposure is, and how we can help them navigate through the criminal process. Below is a general discussion of the criminal trial process. Every case is different and one case may proceed all the way through trial and sentencing, where another case may never make it past the investigation stage. So it is important not to assume that your particular case will follow this exact structure.
